 faut etre age de 18 ans au jour de l’election et adherent au Rugby
 Club Yvetotais depuis plus de six mois. De meme, pour etre electeur,
 il faut etre age de plus de 16 ans (au 1er janvier de l’annee en
 cours), et adherent au Rugby Club Yvetotais depuis plus de six
